Revenue exposure estimate

Estimate what your unanswered call gap may be worth.

Use your own operating numbers. Every percentage is entered as a whole number — for example, enter 10 for 10%. The calculator shows the math so you can see exactly what each number means.

How to use this estimate: Start with the number of inbound service calls you receive in a typical month, then estimate the share that are missed, after-hours, or overflow. The remaining fields describe what happens to those calls after CallGain handles them.
Enter the number of new customer service calls you receive in a typical month. Example: 300.

Estimated completed jobs9.0
Estimated job revenue after $750 service fee$3,300

Common operating questions.

Do I have to book a demo or sales call? No. The standard purchase path is designed to be self-serve. You can review the demo, run your own revenue estimate, see pricing, and start the deployment online.
We already use an answering service.CallGain can be evaluated alongside your current process. The issue is whether qualified calls receive the next step you want and whether the office receives a complete handoff.
We use ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or another field-service platform.CallGain is not a field-service replacement. Deployment is configured around the inbound call gap and the operating process you already use.
Can CallGain guarantee booked jobs or revenue? No. CallGain can report the opportunities it handles and the outcomes that can be verified. Customer decisions, pricing, capacity, and completed-job revenue remain outside the service's control.
What if our setup is more complex?Multi-location operations, unusually high call volume, or advanced custom integrations may require additional scoping. Those cases can move to assisted onboarding when needed.
How does CallGain interact with callers?CallGain uses automated call-handling technology configured around your approved rules and escalation paths. Automated interactions are not represented as human interactions.
